It has an air conveyor system used with stainless steel material which consists of a shell, fins, backplate, bottom baffle, and deflectors. Mitra’s Tractor Sprayer is provided with a compact size tank. The tank is having a 600l water capacity. This model is useful for those farmers having a tractor around 24HP power can easily use this model.
This Tractor Sprayer has an attached high-pressure jet inside the main tank for uniform chemical mixing, thus providing equal chemical concentration throughout the spraying and basket mixture for preparing the chemical.
Due to the 3-axis toe bar mechanism, this tractor sprayer for orchards gives the lowest turning radius for turning in the low-spacing vineyards. This model uses a 3-way adjustable wheel axle, which can be used for adjusting the Track Width, Height, Tyre Reverse, and Forward.

Tractor Sprayer
Airotec Turbo, which is also an Air Assisted Sprayer, has a compact dimension compared to other imported sprayers. The most important benefit of this Tractor sprayer is that it’s equipped with a manually operated controller, giving the accurate delivery of chemicals while spraying.
Spraying solutions are filtered with the help of a Suction filter (Primary) and Brass line filter (Secondary) and can finally pass through the high-quality Italian brass nozzles.
Mitra Agro Equipment has taken care of safety by providing safety devices like Rubber coupling, which reduces the vibration and jerk coming from the tractor. The pressure relief valve automatically opens at 40 bar pressure to protect the pump from any damage due to excessive pressure. The rear bumper protects the shell assembly from damages.
Mitra’s Tractor Blower works on the tractor PTO power, transmitted by a wide-angle PTO shaft to the machine. This shaft is connected between the diaphragm pump to the tractor PTO shaft as the power gets transferred to a 2-speed gearbox, i.e., low-high and neutral, with 1:4 and 1:5 gear ratios. Hot-dip galvanized chassis for long life and prevention from rusting, and similarly, scrapper, side guards, bottom plate, and rear bumper are processed by a hot-dip galvanizing process
