Tractor Mounted Operated Sprayer

The Airotec Turbo 200-liter tractor mounted operated sprayer is designed for spraying and dipping applications in Grapes and regular spraying for Pomegranate, Orange, Mango and Other Orchards. An air conveyor system made with stainless steel material consists of a shell, fins, backplate, bottom baffle, inlet vanes, and deflectors. The sprayer has a tank capacity of 200 Liters with a water level indicator, it’s allowing for efficient spraying on small land areas without any turning constraint. In this tractor-mounted sprayer, we provide the proper mixing of chemicals inside the tank, the sprayer is equipped with an agitator. The agitator helps to prevent the settling of chemicals and ensures a homogeneous mixture, resulting in effective spraying.

Mitra’s Airotec Turbo 200L Sprayer is designed in such a way that it can overcome the problem of the lowest turning radius in low-spacing vineyards. It is directly mounted over the tractor with the help of specially designed mounting plates and also, with 3PL (Three-pointLinkage). Mitra Agro Equipment has taken care of safety by providing safety devices like a rear bumper to protect the shell assembly from any accidents. A pressure relief valve automatically opens at 40 bar pressure to protect the pump from excessive pressure damage. The most important benefits of this Tractor Operated Sprayer are that it is equipped with a manually operated controller, giving the accurate delivery of chemicals while spraying. The Spraying Solutions are filtered with the help of a Suction Filter (Primary) and Brass Line Filter (Secondary), and finally, it passes through the high-quality brass nozzles. This sprayer is equipped with a 2-speed gearbox, which allows you to adjust the spraying speed according to your requirements. The sprayer utilizes a PTO shaft to transfer the power from Tractor’s PTO output shaft which connects to the diaphragm pump for power transfer through the PTO shaft.
